Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all personalized items are final sale. We accept returns on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Expedited Orders

Need Your Order Sooner?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests when possible. Selecting expedited shipping at checkout does not shorten production time unless confirmed in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order delivers?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–5 business days. Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. Please note that shipping times are separate from processing times.

Processing Time

When will my order be ready?

All items are made to order with care in our studio. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. During high-volume seasons or for highly customized pieces, processing times may be slightly longer.
