Ordering & Customization

How do I place a custom order?

You can start your custom order directly by selecting the item you want and choosing through the customization options and entering personalization details. For more unique requests, contact us.

What can be customized?

Many of our pieces can be personalized with names, initials, dates, and select design options. Details are listed on each item.

Can I see a preview before my item is made?

Proofs are not automatically sent, but you can request one in your order notes. Please note this may extend processing time slightly.

Processing & Shipping

What is your processing time?

All pieces are made to order. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom embroidery may take slightly longer during high-volume periods.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited options are available at checkout. This does not shorten production time unless arranged in advance. Contact me for rush order questions and I will discuss options and accommodations with you.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Personalized items are final sale. Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

What if there's an issue with my order?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
